The Sanctuary provides concierge style services for their residents. All mail and packages are received through security are delivered to your home at the convenience of the resident. Security will keep an eye on your property while you are away. At the resident request security will walk the property and check to ensure the property is secure. We have roving land and water security patrol 24/7. Roving patrol is equipped with an Automatic External Defibrillator (AED) in case of emergency.
